Management Team
Annette - Associate Director
Annette brings extensive experience as an early childhood educator to the team. She has a calm personality and thorough way of doing things. She graduated with a degree in Education, and joined Santisouk in August 2013. Annette received her Montessori certification in 2014. She believes in what Maria Montessori said: "Education is a natural process carried out by the child and is not acquired by listening to words but by experiences". She values the importance of providing opportunities through well-planned and prepared activities by the facilitator.
Linh - Principal
Linh joined Santisouk in January 2012. She worked with Dindee School for thirteen years prior to this. She graduated with a teacher training degree at Dongkhamxang College. Linh is a fully certified Montessori teacher. She enjoys working with all age groups.
She also oversees our Lao Curriculum in Santisouk. She is passionate about Lao language and culture.
Mikky - Administration and Finance Officer
Mikky joined Santisouk in April 2024 from Canadia Bank. With a bachelor’s degree in International Business Economics, she brings a meticulous approach to her finance and administration responsibilities. Mikky is not only dedicated to her work but also enthusiastic about getting to know each child and family. We are thrilled to have her as part of our management team, as she offers valuable new perspectives to our day-to-day operations..

Children ages 2.0 to 2.5 years old
Rio - Lead Teacher
Rio joined Santisouk with extensive experience from kindergarten and primary schools in Laos and the Philippines. She loves to support children's learning through games and hands-on activities. Rio brings creativity and enthusiasm to the team. She has also recently completed her Montessori certification as our specialist of 0-3 years old curriculum.
Khantalee - Teacher
Khantalee joined Santisouk in August 2015. Her dedication to the children and seemingly boundless energy encourage the children to work with her at all times. Khantalee is open to ideas and is committed to taking all opportunities to improve her performance.
Nok - Teacher Assistant
Nok became a part of Santisouk in January 2024. Her sweet and calming demeanor has made a positive impact on both students and staff. Dedicated and always ready to assist, Nok's qualifications and prior experience in preschool nurseries are highly valuable to us. We are thrilled to have her on our team.

Children ages 2.5 to 3.5 years old
Charly - Lead Teacher

Charly joined the teaching team in February 2014 and is very excited about his work with the team and the children. With a gentle voice and reassuring smile. Charly quickly endeared himself to the children. He received his Montessori Teaching Diploma in 2017, and also completed a business degree.
Nyai - Teacher
Nyai recently joined Santisouk with a wealth of experience in early childhood education in Laos. She provides great emotional support for the young children and she loves to support their learning. She is especially engaging in teaching Lao language. She is a great addition to the team.
Kimmy - Teacher
Kimmy joined us from another international school, and she has quickly proven to be a fast learner with a keen enthusiasm for participation. Her energy and positive attitude bring a vibrant atmosphere to Casa Rainbow. We are thrilled to have her on our team, contributing laughter and fun vibes.
CASA Sunshine Team
Children ages 3.5 to 4.5 years old
Ta - Lead Teacher
Ta joined Santisouk in August 2016. She has a degree in Pre-Primary Education from Laos and has completed her Montessori certification. She is enjoying working and interacting with the students and is always looking for new activities to nurture their interest.
Dee - Teacher
Dee joined Santisouk in 2020, she has been working as a teacher in Luang Prabang in a Montessori preschool for more than 2 years. She is an energetic, creative teacher, highly committed to the Montessori approach, and a great team player.
Angie - Teacher
Angie joined Santisouk in 2023 from the Philippines, bringing the artistic flair our team needed. In addition to her creative talents, she is a trained nurse. Her enthusiasm and love for working with children make her a great fit for our team. We are delighted to have her as part of the Santisouk family.
CASA Forest Team
Children ages 4.5 to 6 years old
Joy - Lead Teacher
​
Joy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Secondary Education and two master’s degrees in Special Education and Language Teaching - English. She has over 20 years’ experience in teaching at different levels in Philippines and abroad, five of which as a lead teacher in a Montessori Preschool. Joy has been living in Laos for several years and we are very pleased that she's joined Santisouk.
Toum - Teacher
Toum graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a major in Marketing but has always loved to workas a preschool teacher. She has done some teaching jobs in the past, before joining Santisouk in December 2015. Toum enjoys the Montessori approach and is popular with the students. She is always helpful to her peers.
Nit - Teacher
Nit has many years’ experience in working with children and has attended different Montessori workshops organized by Santisouk in past years. She has been working in Santisouk since November 2015. She brings a lively and enthusiastic attitude to the teaching team.
Support Team
Sith - Management Support Officer
​Sith recently completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has enthusiastically joined Santisouk. He is eager to support our Admin and Finance functions as well as contribute to our daily operations, including procurement processing. We are delighted to have him on board.
Support Team - Housekeepers and Guards
Behind the scene we have a group of staff that supports our daily operations. They provide Santisouk a clean and secured environment for our students. We can't do without them.
